With social media becoming a staple of life, a quest to make a friend in Brazil began with the goal of finding a viable Brazilian Rosewood tree in bloom. This happened within a week and perfectly coincided with seeds falling from that tree. I secured all regulatory permits and my new friend mailed me seeds of a dalbergia nigra tree to begin the mikeyswood brand. This has grown to traveling the world collecting the fibers of Music.
